The Letting Services we provide are:
 
1) Rental Valuation and Assessment
2) Market your Property
3) Viewing's - Once keys have been obtained, MTS will accompany potential tenants to the property and conduct viewing's. In the case of the landlord still being in residence, we will arrange appointments at the owners convenience.
4) References - Once a suitable tenant has been selected the following details are required:
  1. Full-time Employment Reference
  2. Previous Landlord Reference
  3. Bank Reference
  4. Photo ID

5) Deposit and Rent - We collect one month's rent in advance and a security deposit. The Security deposit is agreed with the landlord before the tenancy begins and is usually equal to one months rent.
6) Lease Agreements and Inventory
7) Standing Order
8) Utilities
9) Statement of Account - On completion of the above, a precise report including all transactions is forwarded to the landlord.

Management Services
