I recently rented a property from MTS Property and had very smooth experience.The property was shown to me by Sara. Although she showed the property through a video, it was clear enough to make a decision.We were shown the property on a Friday and Sara was quick enough to prepare the paperwork and get the contract signed on the following Monday.She was also able to make some adjustments in the rent paying date according to our request.Will recommend Sara and MTS property to anyone.

Louise and the team at MTS have been managing a rental property for me in Dublin 8 for a number of years. It a took a few calls to get to the right property manager but once I did Louis was amazing. Always prompt and upfront on expectations and pricing. She answered my many questions and found a good tenant less than 10 days after marketing my house. I was managing my property for 10 years but recently realized I don't have the time to do this and turned it over to the MTS team. I was able to complete my lease while traveling out the country with no problem! I should've signed up with this team years ago!

My deposits have always been returned immediately and in full. Any replacements or repairs that I organised/arranged (with consent and receipt for amount) have always been deducted from my rent without any hassle.
Louise (owner) even went above and beyond to help keep me as a tenant at one of my previous addresses, after I had lost my job, by informing me of how to apply for rental allowance and mediating with my landlord in the interim. It is solely due to Louises dedication to her clients that I have always had a roof over my head.
As such any time I am looking to move, my first choice is always apartments let by MTS. I just wish more landlords used MTS as a letting agent.
